How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia and internationally.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order. Measurements are provided to help you select the best fit.
If you are unsure, write to us before ordering and we will gladly assist.
Do you take custom orders?
We occasionally take on custom pieces or collaborative projects.
If you are interested in a custom garment, accessory or creative commission, please contact us with details about your concept, quantity and timeline.
All custom work is considered carefully and subject to availability.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Because each garment is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will organise a replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders move into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before printing begins.
Where are you based?
The Common Threads Project is an Australian registered business based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Each piece is designed in our small studio and printed through trusted production partners.
DIGITAL PRINTABLES
How do I access my digital download?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your download from your order confirmation page.
If you create an account at checkout, your digital files will remain available in your account under your order history.
I didn’t download my file straight away. What should I do?
Check your order confirmation email for the original download link.
If you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number and we will resend access.
How many times can I download my file?
Download limits may apply to prevent misuse. If you experience difficulty accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist.
How many copies can I print?
Digital printables are licensed for personal use only. You may print them as many times as you like for personal use, but they may not be shared, resold or distributed.
Please refer to our Terms of Use for full details.
What are the recommended print settings?
For best results:
- Set page margins to none or zero
- Use scale to fit page
- Disable headers and footers
- Print at 100 percent unless otherwise specified
We recommend using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for optimal formatting.
Do I need to install any fonts?
No. All fonts are embedded in the file.
Do you offer custom digital designs?
From time to time, we accept a small number of custom digital commissions.
If you have something specific in mind, please write to us with a brief outline of your idea, intended use and timeframe. If it aligns with our current studio capacity and direction, we will be in touch.
We keep custom work limited so that each piece can be approached with care.
Can I share your printables on my blog or social media?
You are welcome to feature our work. Please link to the original product page rather than sharing the PDF file directly.

Are digital downloads refundable?
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
This operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer wholesale in Australia?
Yes. We offer wholesale across Australia and welcome enquiries from boutiques, galleries, museum stores and lifestyle retailers looking for illustrated apparel, art prints and creative goods.
What types of products are available for wholesale?
Our wholesale collections include illustrated apparel, art prints, paper goods and selected creative products designed by an independent Australian artist.

Do you work with independent boutiques?
Yes. Many of our partners are independent boutiques, cultural retailers and concept stores looking for meaningful, story driven products.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Simply complete the wholesale enquiry form and share a little about your store, location and audience.
Do you accept international retailers?
At this stage we primarily focus on Australian retailers, but we are open to international enquiries from aligned stores.
