At The Common Threads Project, each piece begins as a story.
It is illustrated slowly, shaped by memory and meaning, then printed especially for you once your order is placed. Nothing is mass produced. Nothing sits waiting on a shelf. The garment only comes into being because you chose to carry that thread forward.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, please write to support@thecommonthreadsproject.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the issue.
After review, we will create and send a new piece.
Sizing & Change of Mind
As each garment is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure, reach out before ordering and we will gladly assist with fit guidance.
Order Changes
Orders move into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to amend or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before printing begins.
